A close friend knows the Chef to the Premier of China … invited me to a meal with the ‘CHINESE CHEF COOK’. Epic scene … small room of native Chinese folks, ‘Chef Cook’, a lot of Mandarin, shark, sea-urchin, a smattering of other items I have no idea what they were and Hunter way out of his comfort zone. Fantastic and loved every minute!
