How long will it take for my art to be produced and delivered?

All Hunter Gorham artwork is custom made. Please allow four to six weeks for production and delivery of your art.

25x35 Art - FedEx
Once your 25x35 art is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the FedEx tracking number to track the delivery. A signature is required for delivery.

40x60 & Panoramic Art - Freight
Once your art is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that the shipment is en route. Our freight team will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, and a signature is required for delivery.

How is my art packaged and delivered?

25x35 Art - FedEx
Our 25x35 art is professionally packaged to ensure protection and safety. Once your art is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the FedEx tracking number to track the delivery. A signature is required for delivery. The original packaging is necessary for any returns, and we recommend keeping all packaging until you are completely satisfied with your art.

40x60 & Panoramic Art - Freight
Due to their large size, 40x60 and Panoramic art is professionally crated and shipped via our “White-Glove” freight service. Once your art is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that the shipment is en route. Our freight team will contact you to set up a delivery appointment, and a signature is required for delivery.

To ensure the safe arrival into your space, all 40x60 and Panoramic art is delivered using our “White-Glove” service. The freight team will unpack and place your piece in the room you have chosen to display your art. They are not responsible for installation. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING IF THE ITEM(S) WILL FIT THROUGH DOORS OR UP STAIRS.

Our “white-glove” service also includes the optional disposal of the crate packaging materials at delivery. However, the original crate packaging is necessary for any returns, and we recommend keeping all packaging until you are completely satisfied with your art.

Will I be notified when my art is shipped?

Is my art insured while being shipped?

Yes, all pieces are insured while being shipped.

Is International shipping available?

Yes. Please contact us at art@huntergorham.com for all orders outside the Continental US.

What is your Return Policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Hunter Gorham artwork, your credit card will be credited a full refund, less a 20% restocking fee, and the cost to ship/insure the art back to us, subject to the following:

20x30, 25x35 and Art Tiles

  1. Within seven days of delivery, you must provide us email notification of your intent to return the art.
  2. Within 14 days of delivery, the art must be taken to the nearest FedEx location and sent/ dated for return to us using the original packaging and pre-provided FedEx return shipping label. All art must be returned in its’ original, undamaged condition.

 

37x56, 40x60 and Panoramic Art

  1. Within seven days of delivery, you must provide us email notification of your intent to return the art. We will inform our freighting team of your intent to return the piece and they will contact you to arrange an appointment for pick-up.
  2. Within 21 days of delivery, you must have the art picked-up by our freighting team for return to us using the original crate packaging. All art must be returned in its’ original, undamaged condition.

I want to return my art piece, what is the Return Policy Process?

20x30, 25x35 and Art Tiles
If you are not completely satisfied with your Hunter Gorham artwork, your credit card will be credited a full refund, less a 20% restocking fee, and the cost to ship/insure the art back to us, subject to the following:

  1. Within seven days of delivery, you must provide us email notification at art@huntergorham.com of your intent to return the art. Please provide a brief explanation as to why you are returning the art.
  2. It is imperative you retain all original packaging, as the art must be packaged according to FedEx standards in order for return shipping insurance to be upheld. Our packaging is FedEx compliant. Please note, if the art is returned to us damaged and FedEx denies the insurance claim due to inferior packaging, you will not receive your return credit.
  3. Within 14 days of delivery, the art must be taken to the nearest FedEx location and sent/ dated for return to us using the original packaging and pre-provided FedEx return shipping label.
  4. All art must be returned in its’ original, undamaged condition. Your credit card will be credited within 10 days of our receipt of the art in its’ original condition. For art returned to us damaged, your credit card will be credited within 10 days of our receipt of the insurance credit from the shipping company.

 

37x56, 40x60 and Panoramic Art
If you are not completely satisfied with your Hunter Gorham artwork, your credit card will be credited a full refund, less a 20% restocking fee, and the cost to ship/insure the art back to us, subject to the following:

  1. Within seven days of delivery, you must provide us email notification at art@huntergorham.com of your intent to return the art. Please provide a brief explanation as to why you are returning the art.
  2. It is imperative you retain all original crate packaging or our freight team will have to build a new crate and this cost will be deducted from your return credit.
  3. We will inform our freighting team of your intent to the return the piece and they will contact you to arrange an appointment for pick-up.
  4. Within 21 days of delivery, you must have the art picked-up by our freighting team for return to us using the original crate packaging.
  5. All art must be returned in its’ original, undamaged condition. Your credit card will be credited within 10 days of our receipt of the art in its’ original condition. For art returned to us damaged, your credit card will be credited within 10 days of our receipt of the insurance credit from the shipping company.

Each Hunter Gorham piece is custom made with the finest materials, most advanced processes and leading technology to create art of the highest quality. However, please be aware that slight imperfections in the piece are an inherent and natural part in creating almost any art.

Additionally, it is normal for subtle markings to appear on the rear metallic backing. Our rear hanging system is a major advance in fine art display, and it is designed for maximum protection, support and longevity of your art. Marks naturally occur as we custom cut, shape and craft the hanging system.

What happens if my art arrives damaged?

Shipping & Delivery

All orders require a signature for delivery.

40x60 and Panoramic art is shipped via freight, and AT DELIVERY YOU MUST INSPECT THE CRATE FOR VISIBLE DAMAGE AND NOTE ANY DAMAGES ON THE CARRIERS’ DELIVERY RECEIPT. In the rare instance of damage, please immediately follow the instructions below.

For any orders with shipping damage, it’s critical you complete the following steps:

  1. Within 48 hours of delivery, you must email us at art@huntergorham.com with a brief explanation of the damage. Please also attach photographs of the damaged item(s) and the packaging materials. This information is required for insurance claim purposes.
  2. Retain all packaging materials. DO NOT THROW AWAY ANYTHING.
  3. The shipping company may request additional information for the insurance claim. Once all documentation has been received, it takes approximately two weeks for the shipping company to process the insurance claim.
  4. We will produce and ship your replacement art as soon as the shipping company notifies us the insurance credit is approved. All Hunter Gorham artwork is custom made and takes between four and six weeks for production and delivery.

 

Please note, unless reported within 48 hours of delivery, damaged artwork will not be accepted for return or credit.

I think my art shipment was lost and/or is missing?

25x35 Art - FedEx
Once your 25x35 art shipped, you received a confirmation email with the FedEx tracking number to track the delivery. A signature is required for delivery.

Lost shipments are rare. Most “missing” shipments are delays and arrive several days late. However, please contact us immediately at art@huntergorham.com with a brief explanation if:

  1. FedEx tracking reflects the shipment delivered but you have not received it.
  2. FedEx tracking reflects the shipment lost.

 

We will immediately investigate and file a claim if necessary. Additional information may be requested. Once all documentation has been received, it takes approximately two weeks to process the claim.

We will produce and ship your replacement art as soon as we are notified the claim is approved. All Hunter Gorham artwork is custom made and takes between four and six weeks for production and delivery.
